Put .mp3 or .m4a files in the sounds/ folder and list their filenames in sounds.json — they show up here. An https:// stream URL works too, if you'd rather wake to internet radio. Tap Test once after installing: iOS refuses to play audio until you've started it by hand at least once, and that tap is what unlocks it.

iOS ignores volume set by a web page, so there's no slider here. Use the iPad's side buttons, and check the mute switch.

GrowClock asks open-meteo.com for the forecast at the coordinates shown, every 15 minutes — no API key, no account, and nothing but those coordinates leaves the iPad. Both the search and the forecast need a connection; switch weather off if you'd rather the app never reached the network.
